Thursday, January 26th, Taste of Winterfest: This tasting event offer a savory evening of succulent samplings from some of our finest local restaurants.  We also offer wines from The Lambertville Station’s Winter Festival Reserve wine list.

Friday, January 27th,The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown Presents: DAVID UOSIKKINEN'S IN THE POCKET at Stephen J. Buck Memorial Theater, $35: From the band that brought international attention to the Philadelphia music scene, The Hooters' David Uosikkinen and his band, IN THE POCKET will rock the 2012 Winter Festival concert.

Saturday, January 28th, The Wintefest Parade at noon: Watch the annual parade march from New Hope High School straight across the bridge into Lambertville.

Sunday, January 29th, River Horse Brewery Presents The 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off at Occasions at Union Square in New Hope, PA: The most popular event of Winterfest.  This year’s competition will offer spicy samplings from 13 of our finest restaurants and plenty of Lambertville’s award winning River Horse Brewery beers.  Come early to see our live ice carving at Noon.  Be sure to sample all of our entrant’s chili and then vote for your favorite.  Trophy presentations will begin promptly at 3:45.

Thursday, January 26th, 7pm Tap Take-over with Corsendonk Brewery at Isaac Newton's, 7pm to 9pm: Isaac Newton's will be turning over the taps to one of the first Belgian breweries that we ever served at Isaac’s, Corsendonk (Brouwerij Corsendonk)! Buddy, our local representative from the incredible Bella Vista who distributes Corsendonk, will be on-site as we tap an array of Corsendonk beers including Blond (6.5%), Bruin (6.5%), Christmas Ale (8.5%), and Apple White Beer (3.1%). Bluegrass Superstars close out the weekend at Sellersville Theater on Sunday, January 29th at 7:30pm. Tickets are $29.50.

Thursday, January 26th 5:30pm, Safety for Women Awareness Tactics (SWAT):  Furia Rubel is hosting a free, community-focused women’s safety event called Safety for Women Awareness Tactics (SWAT) on Jan. 26 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit in Doylestown. As part of Furia Rubel's 10th Anniversary, they're  kicking off a “10 for 10” Community Service Campaign with Master Vince Melchiorre sharing tips and tactics for women to increase their personal safety on a daily basis.
