You’ve probably heard of a “CSA” – community-shared agriculture – program, but what if you took the same philosophy and replaced fresh, local produce with delicious fresh-baked goods? That’s the genius behind Perkasie’s The Bread Box and Bakery’s “CSB” program –  that's Community Supported Bakery – the first of it’s kind in Bucks County. Their bread is baked with Doylestown-based, GMO-free Castle Valley grains. Castle Valley does not use any preservatives or chemicals in their process and portions of the grains are even grown right here in Bucks! They utilize a stone ground process which preserves the flavor, nutrition, and texture of the product.
