Hometown Holidays: A Shop & Dine Event

The businesses of downtown Doylestown have coordinated a late night of shopping and dining for all community members to enjoy! From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., enjoy the many unique shops, restaurants, and businesses the town has to offer. Some participating businesses include Bella's Boutique, Makers off Main, La Macaron French Pastries, Payton Jewelry, Siren Records, and more. The Doylestown Bookshop will be offering a story time session this Thursday as well at 6 p.m. In addition, the festive night will include tasty treats and beverages at the businesses around town and music from student carolers in the borough!

Christmas Day Crossing Reenactment

Witness American history come to life at the 70th annual Christmas Day crossing reenactment! Each year, people gather at the banks of the Delaware River to watch George Washington's 1776 Christmas night river crossing. Watch has several hundred reenactors in Continental military dress listen to a speech by General Washington followed by the row across the river in replica Durham boats! Admission is free.
