Washington Crossing Historic Park offers more than 500 acres of American history, natural beauty and family fun. The park preserves the site where George Washington crossed the Delaware River and turned the tide of the Revolutionary War. At the park you will find gallery exhibits, reenactments, a historic village and so much more.

Set overlooking the Delaware River, the Grundy’s home was always known for its elegant hospitality and a center of civic engagement. Take a step through the front doors and back to the 1880s. You will get to catch a very personal glimpse of what life would have been like for a wealthy industrialist family in the late 19th century.

The Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle are two National Historic Landmark buildings in Doylestown, founded by Henry Mercer to preserve pre-industrial American tools and crafts. They host many events throughout the year.

Silver Lake Nature Center has 7 miles of nature trails through various habitats. Habitats includes coastal plain woodlands, lake, marshes, fields, wet meadows and an unglaciated bog. They also have a beautiful butterfly garden.
