Lindsay Baker, owner of Mom's Cookie Bar in Doylestown, has been baking with her mother since she was a child. It was tradition to bake for and with all their family and friends. One year when she was very young her mother was unable to bake due to being bedridden, so Lindsay took charge. She made her first batch all by herself and would carefully present it to her mother to be sure it was just right. That first year making the dough all on her own sparked her passion for baking and a sweet love that would last her lifetime.

Most of Lindsay's adult life included work in sales and marketing. But her love of baking was always with her and after much encouragement from friends and family, she decided to take the leap and go out on her own to start Mom's Cookie Bar, Stuffed With Flavor. Having grown up in Doylestown, Main Street seemed the ideal spot to open her doors. Now with three kids, she shares her love of all things cookie-related with her family.

Mom's Cookie Bar offers a great indoor/outdoor space right in the heart of Doylestown complete with a party room. This room is not just for kid parties. In fact, a 50th birthday will be planned here very soon complete with DJ, local food, and BYOB option.
