So what's the frantic entrepreneur to do when bookkeeping starts taking up too much time? That is where Bucks County natives, Daniel Dugan, a Holy Ghost Prep High School & Drexel University graduate, and Britton Martin, who attended Archbishop Wood High School before graduating from Arcadia University, come to the rescue!
“Accounting is a key component to any business and we provide the highest quality service at fair and affordable prices. This allows our clients to shift their focus to growing their business while having the piece of mind that all accounting needs are being handled timely.” Says Daniel.
The now business partners met about seven years ago when they played in a soccer league and had a mutual friend. Daniel explains how a friendship soon became a partnership, “We both have a strong background in accounting and really wanted to do something we love while helping the small business community. So in February of 2014 we formed Britton Daniel, LLC.”
So many small businesses are started by someone passionate about doing what they love. The nitty-gritty details of owning a business, however, can often get in the way. Luckily these two have a business doing what they love as well, and that is helping other small businesses. “We originally envisioned a bookkeeping firm” Daniel says, “but as the months have gone by and clients have asked us about other services we provide our list has expanded into an Accounting and Consulting firm.” All you have to do is walk around in Doylestown, New Hope, or Perkasie to notice how many people in Bucks County have the entrepreneurial spirit. While Britton Daniel, LLC does serve all five counties surrounding Philadelphia as well as South and Central New Jersey, it is no surprise that two boys from Bucks County have made it their mission to help small businesses from their neighborhood. “[Our customer] is anyone who has a small business and has become overwhelmed with their bookkeeping & accounting. This happens for a variety of reasons with the most common reason we have been hearing is that owners do not have enough time to both run the company and handle the bookkeeping” Daniel says. Does it sound like Britton Daniel's expertise might be a great partner for your budding business? You can contact Britton Daniel here or call them at 609.332.5514.
