Thursday is your last chance to stop in at Harshita Design's holiday sale at 645 Countess Dr. in Yardley. From 11am to 8pm, stop in to see hand-made scarves, clothing, ties, and gift items. Love your local & enjoy shopping in a low-key setting.

On Friday, 11/18, it's a double dose of fun at the Newtown Athletic Club. First, it's the Grand Opening event for Refresh Wellness, where attendees will be entered to win $500 in services! Then from 7pm to 10pm is “Black Friday” at Urban Allure Salon & Spa in the Newtown Athletic Club, free and open to all members and non members, featuring:

Let the mouth watering begin! Just across the river, Lambertville is hosting a culinary treat on Friday, November 18th from 6pm to 8pm. A Taste of Lambertville will be held at Lambertville Rescue Squad Banquet Hall. This gala event will feature a dozen local restaurants serving signature dishes including: Hamilton's Grill Room, Caffe Galleria, City Market, Rick's Italian, El Tule, Tortuga's Cocina, Homestead Farm Market, Triumph Brewing Company, Lambertville Trading Company and more! Wine Bar included with ticket price. Live music from The Lifters, so get your dancing shoes on. On Saturday, November 19th from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday, November 20th from 11 am to 4 pm stop in at the Artists of Yardley Handcrafted Gift Show at Patterson Farm in Yardley. Twenty local artisans will fill each room of this beautiful stone farmhouse on historic Patterson Farm with one of a kind gifts and high quality fine crafts, including jewelry, ceramics, art prints, photography, fashion accessories, home decor, fabulous baked treats and more. There is no charge for admission.

Close out the weekend on Sunday, November 20th at the 2011 Nouveau Wine Festival at Crossing Vineyards in Washington Crossing. Between noon and 6pm, celebrate the release of Crossing Vineyards’ 2011 “Le Nouveau,” a wine popular for pairing with Thanksgiving Dinner.
