Ragtime and Our Immigrant Story

“Ragtime and Our Immigrant Story” will provide the public with the opportunity to delve into their own family history with a series of programs that will inform people about the musical, teach them how to document family history using oral history techniques, and provide recording sessions to memorialize their family story.

First Fridays
New Hope & Lambertville

A new era begins in New Hope & Lambertville on Friday, February 6, 2015! They two vibrant river towns are kicking off the beginning of a new ongoing series of First Friday events that combines galleries and artist’s studios on both sides of the Delaware River- First Friday by The Greater Lambertville – New Hope Chamber of Commerce. Take in over a dozen galleries from both Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, PA will be participating in what the organizers hope will become one of of the most robust cultural events in the country. You can also expect live music and special offers at area bars and restaurants.

Mill Street goes RED for the American Heart Association’s National “Go Red For Women” Campaign. Businesses, organizations and residents of Mill Street Bristol Borough will wear red and distribute heart awareness literature and make the pledge to live a healthier life. Be sure to shop on Mill Street and wear red to show your support of this very important issue. This year’s event will be dedicated to the late Ann Mignoni Mundy, a longtime supporter of Go Red

Minnie Driver  CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS

Minnie Driver’s musical career runs concurrently with her endeavors as one of her generation’s most acclaimed and in demand actresses. She’s consistently demonstrated a distinctive talent honed through a lifetime of music making as heard on her latest CD ‘Ask Me to Dance.’ The London born Amelia Fiona Driver’s acting roles include James Bond’s GoldenEye, Phantom Of The Opera, Barney’s, Version Return To Zero, The Riches and Good Will Hunting, which earned her her first Academy Award nomination and a London Film Critics’ Circle Award for British Supporting Actress Of The Year. Minnie Driver currently stars in the NBC hit TV series About A Boy.

Late Night Catechism
Bucks County Playhouse, 20 South Main Street, New Hope

Late Nite Catechism is a sinfully funny play that takes the audience back to their youth. The irrepressible Sister teaches class to a roomful of “students.” Naughty students may well find themselves on stage sitting in a corner reflecting their actions. However, even the most reluctant “students” will be clamoring to get into this Sister’s class. The New York Times calls it “uproarious interactive theatre!”

Dads and their little girls ages 4 – 10 years old can enjoy an afternoon of dancing, games, crafts and fun. Dress your best, drinks and snacks will be served.
