The beautiful stone building perched among the highly trafficked center of New Hope’s bustling Main Street will again find a new identity. Dating back to 1751, 7 East Ferry Street in New Hope has been home to a salt shop, the toll house for the ferry between New Hope & Lambertville, the town library, and a variety of restaurants.

Raven owner Steve Lau purchased the building in 2016, and has been working towards opening a modern gastro pub featuring locally sourced food, specialty cocktails and craft beer.

The cozy stone building was reborn as the The Salt House gastro pub on August 17, 2017.
