World of Weather: A Wintertime Adventure
When: January 22-23, 10 am-4pm
Where: Churchville Nature Center, 501 Churchville Lane, Churchville, PA
The 3rd Annual Wintertime Adventure is taking place this weekend at the Churchville Nature Center. It will be a fun-filled day with cool activities and crafts about the weather. You will explore the climate biomes of a Costa Rican Cloud Forest, a Polar Desert in Antarctica, and an Australian Savanna. Entrance fee is $5/person (children 3 and under are free). Holy Smokehouse!

Where: Peter Wentz Farmstead, 2030 Shearer Road, Landsdale, PA
Winters were harsh in the 18th century, and the Wentz family prepared with plenty of provisions. Without refrigeration, colonial families found other ways to preserve food. Watch a demonstration of how meats were flavored, cured and preserved at an 18th century farm.
Old Dominion at Parx Casino

Old Dominion, one of the hottest breaking bands out of Nashville, is playing this weekend at Parx Casino. They are currently the reigning CMA and ACM “Group of the Year.” The band has received their first two GRAMMY nominations for “Best Country Duo/Group Performance” and “Best Country Song,” for their hit single “Some People Do.” See them live this Saturday!
Revolutionary Pub Crawl
When: January 22, 11:45-4:00 pm
Where: Check in at Bucks on the Bridge Coffee Shop, 25 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ
Meet, eat and drink with reenactors who have made it their passion to become informed about the American Revolution and its rich history right here in the Delaware River Towns. Each location will feature a historical presentation from a different reenactor. Check in between 11:30-11:45 at Bucks on the Bridge Coffee Shop. At 11:50, you will line up and depart from Lambertville Station Parking Lot. At 12:00 pm, you'll visit Great Barn Brewery, 1 pm – Havana New Hope, 2 pm – Rivertown Naturals and 3 pm – Logan Inn. Included in admission is historical reenactments, 1 drink and light fare at each pub, and a historical presentation. There will be an after party at 4 pm at Havana's.
HYPROV: Improv Under Hypnosis
When: January 21, 8 pm
Where: Kewsick Theatre, 291 N Keswick Ave, Glenside, PA
From the brilliant minds of improv and comedy legend, Colin Mochrie and Master Hypnotist, Asad Mecci bring a brand new, jaw-dropping show. Hypnosis and Improv, two art forms that have mystified and entertained fans, sceptics and everything in between come together as two masters of their crafts unite for a totally unique comedy experience. Twenty random volunteers from the audience will be put under hypnosis, their inhibitions will evaporate and their minds will no longer be their own. The four or five best are left on stage when one of the world's leading improvisers enters. Colin Mochrie will initiate and manipulate those under hypnosis himself and turn the show into an improv extravaganza.

Wine, Friends and Fun (WFF) nights is a series of fun, independent classes at Bishop Estate, designed for anybody, talented or beginner to try their hand at creating something while sipping wine and enjoying the company of friends. You will be guided by a professional and each ticket includes all materials needed to paint, professional instruction, a glass of wine and light snacks. Tickets are limited so get yours early!
