Blaze of Glory 5K

Join the Plumsteadville Fire Company on Saturday, March 26th for the first 5K race of the Bucks 5K series – the Blaze of Glory 5K! All proceeds from the race will go to support our local heroes, the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company. Sponsors are welcome to participate in this community-run event. Lima Bean Riot Live at Steam Pub

Lima Bean Riot is back at Steam Pub this Saturday, playing your favorite Top 40 and dance party cover songs. There is no cover for this event.

Kid's Night Out | Newtown Athletic Club

When: March 26, 6-9 pm
Where: Newtown Athletic Club, 120 Pheasant Run, Newtown, PA

Kid's Night Out is a fun-filled event held on Saturday evenings from 6-9 pm in the NAC Kid's Club. There are new themes, activities, games and crafts each week, followed by a movie screening. Included is a snack, pizza and a drink. The theme for this Saturday is March Madness. Before care is available from 5-6 pm and children ages 6 weeks – 12 years are welcome to attend. Women's History Month at the Bucks County Civil War Museum

Where: Bucks County Civil War Library and Museum, 32 North Broad Street, Doylestown, PA

Celebrate women of the Civil War this Saturday. Discover stories of the unsung heroes of the war. Authentic dresses will be on display and there will be a special quilt presentation at noon. Lorraine Stone will bring Harriet Tubman to life. Her incredible portrayal will be an hour with questions and answers afterwards. This event is suitable for adults and children. Register here.

John Lloyd Young – Broadway's Jersey Boy | Bucks County Playhouse

Spring Sip & Shop Craft and Vendor Event

Enjoy an afternoon of shopping, sipping and seeing at the Spring Sip and Shop Craft and Vendor event. There will be lots of handmade crafts, and a variety of different gifts. Pints for Preemies

When: March 25, 6-9 pm
Where: Bluestone Country Club, 711 Boehms Church Road, Blue Bell, PA

Today is a Good Day, an organization that provides personal and financial support to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) families, will hold its Pints for Preemies beer tasting and fundraising event on Friday, March 25th from 6-9 pm at Bluestone Country Club. This year's event will be a hybrid and will feature Ryan Daley, Master Cicerone® of the Brewers Collective, a division of Anheuser-Busch. Pints for Preemies offers options for in-person and virtual tasting, toasts lead by Daley and raffle drawings. The cost is $150/person and $250 for a couple's virtual ticket. Hosted by RecruitmentQueen, a Bucks County-based digital job board, the career fair will feature a wide array of positions in various industries including healthcare, customer service, banking, manufacturing, retail and more. Several hundred jobs will be available at the fair. The following employers will be in attendance: Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Superpac, Inc., TLC Nursing Service, Pickering Manor, Dow Jones, Regency Management Services, McHales and Age in Place Home Care. Larry McKenna | Zlock Performing Arts Center

When: Wednesday, March 30, 7:30 pm
Where: Zlock Performing Arts Center, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA

Hailed as one of the world's finest jazz saxophone players, Larry McKenna is firmly rooted in his Philadelphia birthplace, where he has spent over six decades showcasing a gorgeous tenor saxophone sound. He will be performing on Wednesday at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $20 for VIP, $10 for general admission and free for Bucks County Community College students. The event will be held at Zlock Performing Arts Center.
