Temperatures are rising and it's looking like a warm weekend for Bucks County! There's lots to do including The AOY Art Center pop up show featuring bright and vibrant art by the ANEW Art Alliance in Yardley, and Peace Valley Nature Center and the Churchville Nature Center are hosting a fun Maple Sugar Event this weekend. AOY Art Center Pop Up Show

When: March 4-6, 12-5 pm
Where: 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA

AOY is proud to present a pop up show featuring the vibrant and colorful works of the “ANEW Artist Alliance” for two weekends this March. The public is invited to see the show! The artists' unique stories can be found at anewartists.com.

Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery

When: Saturdays, March 5, 12, 19 and April 2 & 9,  8-9:30 pm
Where: Cock'n Bull, Route 263 and Street Road, Lahaska, PA

Grab your spyglass and deerstalker hat and participate in a Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery to unlock secrets of a maddening case. Old Lord William Conan, the famous art collector has died suddenly under mysterious circumstances. As family members assemble for the reading of the will, suspicions fly and family heirlooms disappear. There will be plenty of audience participation and prizes. A cash bar will be available. Food is not included. Guests are encouraged to dine at one of the restaurants at Peddler's Village and will receive a 10% discount if you show confirmation email. Check in for the show starts at 7:15 pm.

Julia Scotti: Funny that Way

Comedy Show at the Newtown Theatre

When: Saturday, March 5, 9 pm
Where: The Newtown Theatre, 120 North State Street, Newtown, PA

Rich Vos is performing at the Newtown Theatre this Saturday evening. Doors open at 8 pm. Rich Vos has four specials on Comedy Central and over 100 television appearances. He has been seen on HBO, HBO Max, Netflix, Showtime and Starz. Rich also produced and starred in the documentary Women Aren't Funny and appeared in Judd Apatow's King of Staten Island. He is a two-time writer for the Academy Awards. 21st Annual Beach Ball Gala

Maple Sugar Events

Maple Sugar Festival

When: Saturday, March 5, 11 am – 1 pm
Where: Peace Valley Nature Center, 170 North Chapman Road, Doylestown, PA

Bring family and friends and come as a group to experience the way maple sugar was collected and made during the pioneer days. You'll get to travel to the sugar bush and bring back some maple sap for the addition to the boiling pot of soon to be syrup! It will be a great time for the whole family. Inclement weather will cancel the event.

Maple Sugar Day at Churchville Nature Center

When: Sunday, March 6, 1-3 pm
Where: Churchville Nature Center, 501 Churchville Lane, Churchville, PA

Visit various outdoor stations placed around the nature center to learn the process of making maple syrup. Learn the whole process from tapping maple trees, collecting the sap and making the maple syrup. This is a fun event for the whole family. The cost is $5 per person and the event will be held rain or shine.
