Israeli Wine Dinner

The Yardley Inn will be hosting an intimate 5-course Israeli wine dinner, featuring selected wines from Odem Forest Viognier to Jezreel Argaman paired with a Middle Eastern-inspired tasting menu. Premium and seasonal ingredients will be featured in dishes, such as lemon sumac artic char skewer and whole roaster za'atar quail miso butterscotch, braised mustard greens, and pomegranate pine nut salsa. The wine dinner costs $95 per person and reservations are required.

Get in the Fall Spirit with an Outdoor Movie Night

Throughout the fall, Peddler's Village is presenting free outdoor movie screenings as a “thank you” to its community for their support each year. This Saturday, “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” (PG-13) will be playing. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, snacks, and good company to enjoy a movie under the stars. The movie will begin at dusk (around 7:30 p.m.) on Street Road Green.
Art at Kings Oaks Opening Reception

Art at Kings Oaks — the artist-led group exhibition in Bucks County — is returning for its 8th year this weekend! The exhibition will feature work by 28 artists from across the U.S., England, France, Georgia, Israel, Pakistan, and Scotland. Paintings, drawings, collages, ceramics, sculptures, and textiles will be on display. The reception will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Come check it out!

Doggie Training and Therapy Event

Come to this free family-friendly event whether you're looking to sharpen your dog's training or looking for some puppy therapy love this weekend. Kruisin' Kanines has been a leader in dog training and performance events for over 25 years and was a finalist in our 2022 Happening List for pet training. The event is open to the public, but registration is recommended as space is limited.
GermanFest

Come for a one-day celebration of German heritage and culture. GermanFest will highlight German traditions with a master wood carver and special guest Ringo Muller — fourth generation owner of the renowned Muller Studio and maker of Nutcrackers, Smokers, and Christmas Pyramids. The family-friendly event will offer German-inspired fare, craft beer sampling in the garden, Christmas gifts and decor, festive music, and more!

As a part of Bucks County's Book Festival, bring your friends and family to enjoy 12 published authors entertaining you with their wit on a variety of topics from sports to history. No tickets are required for this event. Pick from one of the three locations in downtown Doylestown to settle in with grub, a brew, and books from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wrap up the evening with a book purchased from the pop-up shop!
28th Annual Outdoor New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival

Rain or shine, visit the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival all weekend! Work by over 160 juried fine artists and craftsmen will be open to browse from mediums such as wood, fiber, furniture, wearable art, photography, jewelry, and more. Entertainment, children's art activities, and festival food will also be available for everyone's enjoyment. The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the center of town and there will be a free bus from the festival to parking on South Main Street at the Bucks County Playhouse.

90th Annual Fall Festival

Celebrate 90 years of the Fall Festival in Quakertown with fun activities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival will feature hot air balloon rides by Lehigh Valley Hot Air, a big dual slide, stilt walking, pumpkin decorating, live music, and more! Join in on the fun in Quakertown this weekend, celebrating the new season.
Venture to the City Life of Philadelphia

Philly’s traveling beer garden that gives back is on the move again! Parks on Tap shift out of the park and into drive as its journey back to its original format for the first time since COVID-19. Parks on Tap will travel to a new park every week! It will begin every Wednesday – Sunday, starting at Penn Treaty Park, Clark Park, Columbus Square, and Matthias Baldwin, and ending at Schuylkill Banks. Come for local brews, fresh bites, and a variety of seating to enjoy at this family-friendly event.
Northern Liberties Night Market

The organizers of 2nd Street Festival present the second annual fall Northern Liberties Night Market. This inaugural series of outdoor food festivals is rolling into the single fastest-growing neighborhood in Philadelphia. This is the third Northern Liberties Night Market, following up the debut last September and the spring edition this last May that drew over 5,000+ people. Look for dozens of food trucks, food vendors, shopping vendors, sidewalk cafes, entertainment, family fun, music, street performers, and other fun surprises. The festival is free to attend and food/drink are pay-as-you-go.
Demetri Martin Comedy Show

Join Demetri Martin for laughs on his “I Feel Funny” tour! Martin is a standup comedian, writer, and director. He has won a Perrier Award at the International Fringe Festival in Edinburgh for his one-man show, “If I” at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, along with his show Dr. Earnest Parrot Presents Demetri Martin winning Australia's Barry Award. Among many other accomplishments, Demetri has released three standup comedy albums and four hour-long standup comedy specials, including his latest for Netflix, “The Overthinker.” Doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets are being sold for $40.
Morgan's Pier Fall Fest

Morgan’s Pier, one Philadelphia’s best beer garden and outdoor restaurants, gets transformed for their 8th annual Fall Fest from September 22th to October 29th. For over 5 weeks, Morgan’s Pier will deck itself in quintessential fall décor including haystacks, seasonal flowers, foliage, and of course pumpkins! Morgan's will operate Fall Fest for seven days a week this year, for even more fall vibes to go around! Reservations are recommended for table service; walk-ins are welcome for all bar areas. Philadelphia PCOS Walk 5k

The PCOS Challenge Walk events are the largest in the U.S. dedicated to raising awareness and funds to help fight polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). PCOS affects up to 15% of women in the U.S. and it's one of the most critical, under-diagnosed, underfunded, and neglected areas of health. It can lead to lifelong complications, infertility, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Proceeds from the event will go toward PCOS research, education, advocacy, grants, and support programs. Register today to help support this cause! Check-in starts at 8 a.m. with the 5k walk starting at 9 a.m.
Paws and Poses: Benefit for Philly Rescue Angels
