Newtown Market Day

Newtown Historic Association welcomes the community to join together for Newtown Borough's annual tradition of Market Day! It's a day to celebrate the town's beginnings, paying homage to what life was like when farmers and craftspeople brought livestock, produce, and hand-forged wares to the area to sell. Market Day has evolved to host over 100 artists and craftspeople of the area, along with live music, artisan food, pie eating and corn shucking contests, a puppet show, scarecrow stuffings, and more for the family-friendly event.
