The Bucks Fever FilmFest is an annual, juried festival. Winning short films submitted by high school, college and emerging filmmakers are screened at the County Theater in Doylestown, Pa. Celebration of the Arts Program. FilmFest would encourage and support the growth of a filmmaking community by providing a venue to view the works of area professional and student filmmakers.
Winning films will be shown at the County Theater on Sunday, October 16th, 2011. Then on Sunday night from 4pm to 6pm, head to the Filmmaker Seminar in the Oscar Martin Room at the Doylestown Moose Lodge. The seminar will cover, history film fans: the most demanding audience, accuracy on the set, dialogue in history films and scripts, and what CGI can and cannot do to bring history to life.
