EasterCrime: A “WHODUNIT?”

The Taffetas

It's 1950-something, and these four singing sisters from Muncie, Indiana are making their national television debut on the Dumont Television Network's Spotlight on Music! The Taffetas pays tribute to the sounds of The McGuire Sisters, The Fontane Sisters, and The Chordettes. Opening Off-Broadway almost two years before Forever Plaid, The Taffetas made nostalgia what is today! Reserved rear seats are $21 per person, and front reserved are $24 per person.

The Scarlet Pimpernel

In the terror-filled midst of the bloody French Revolution, English aristocrat Sir Percy Blakeney weds captivating French acctress and socialite Marguerite St. Just. He is moved to take his relationship, and the revolution, into his own hands. Forming a secret identity as The Scarlet Pimpernel, Sir Percy plays the foppish nitwit by day, and the savior of French aristocrats by night. Romance, comedy, and swashbuckling adventure come together in one of the first super-hero stories ever told.

A Shropshire Lad

An original theatrical adaptation, we watch as a young aspiring writer sits alone one winter's night at a busy pub in 1887 County Shropshire. He struggles to make sense of the terrifying and merciless world he sees around him amidst the traditional Welsh dances and songs that surround him as he tries to write. Tickets are $18 for adults, $14 for seniors, and $10 for students.

Special Little Girls' Tea
Craven Hall, Street & Newtown Rd, Warminster
1:00pm – 3:00pm

Warminster's historic Craven Hall invites little girls between the ages of 4 to 12 years old (with an adult) to participate in a special Little Girls' Tea! Cookies, cupcakes, pastries, finger sandwiches (no fingers were harmed during the making of these sandwiches), and tea (iced) will be served in the splendor of this gracious mansion. Presentations by period-dressed guides will add to this fun event.

Chris Smither
Sellersville Theater, 24 W. Temple Ave, Sellersville

Miami born and NOLA raised Chris Smither has distilled his own signature sound of acoustic blues and folk for over 40 years. He's forged lifelong friendships with many musicians, including Bonnie Raitt, who recorded his songs includeing “Love Me Like A Man.” Tickets are $29.50 per person

18th Century Hot Chocolate Tasting
Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor's Center, River Rd, Washington Crossing
11:00am – 3:30pm

Chocolate lovers can enjoy sampling the same chocolate drink enjoyed by George Washington. Visitors can taste the authentic 18th century hot chocolate and learn how the cocoa bean was processed into a beverage. The drink mix will also be available for sale The beverage sampling is free with a paid tour of the park.
