Friends of Northampton Library invite you to attend the free presentation by Ed Eisen. As an award-winning journalist, Mr. Eisen has worked for three major newspapers, including the Philadelphia Inquirer, in his over five decade career, and he has met and interviewed the newsmakers of the late twentieth century. Hear the stories of his interviews with Walter Cronkite, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr., and certain members of the Philadelphia Mafia. With your “front row seat” you will see the past century in a new perspective. No registration necessary.

Yoga in the Park
Tyler State Park, 101 Swamp Road, Newtown
Class starts at 9:00am
Join this yoga class every Saturday at Tyler State Park to relax and unwind both your body and mind! Located at Maze Picnic Area (Look for purple Yoga signs). The class is one hour and is a level 1/2 Hatha Yoga class. All ages are welcome! Cost of the class is $10 with a portion donated to Tyler State Park. Please bring your mat, reusable water bottle, and towel.
Memorial Day BBQ and Fireworks at Sesame Place
Sesame Place, 100 Sesame Road, Langhorne

Open air BBQ in Big Birds Riverside Pavilion followed by a fireworks show on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Adult (ages 10 & up) $29, Child (ages 2-9) $18, Children 23 months and younger are free but require a reservation.
Washington Crossing Memorial Day Observance

This event will be held at the gravesite of the Continental Soldiers will include war re-enactors, a colonial color guard, Old Barracks Fife and Drum corps, and the Guardians of the National Cemetery Firing Party, Daughters of the American Revolution, veterans, Boy Scouts, and other honored guests. During the event, American flags will be placed on the graves.
Spring into Summer Car Show

All years, makes, & models welcome including “Rat Rods”. Top 30 Trophies plus specialty awards. Sponsored by Nirvana Family Fitness & Movin' On KruZers Car Club. The event is hosted & Judged by Movin' On KruZers. Food will be available, and their will also be vendors and giveaways. Partial proceeds benefit local charities. Registration closes At 12:00pm. $15.00 for participation the day Of show. Free attendance for spectators.
