3 ways to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Bucks County

It's National Hispanic Heritage month! Every year from September 15 to October 15 the country celebrates those of it's citizens whose ancestors come from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. So much of our culture, art, food, and language has been formed by these richly cultural regions.

Here are some simple ways to celebrate Hispanic Heritage in Bucks County.

EAT

Let's face it food is the way to everyone's heart and one of the things that makes living in a melting pot of a country so great is that we get to experience so many different types of food. Hispanic food is tops and here are some great spots to enjoy it in Bucks County.

Latinos are widely known for their love of dancing. Dancing is a great way to celebrate as well as burn some calories and have a ton of fun. Here are some places to learn and practice Latin inspired dancing in Bucks County!

While there are a few languages spoken in Hispanic culture Spanish is the most widely known. A lot of us have taken Spanish classes in high school or college but you may not know there are ways to continue or start learning and practicing the language right here in Bucks County.

This Meetup is intended to help you meet other local Spanish language and culture lovers for conversation and fun! Come to a Bucks County Spanish Language Meetup and make new amigos as you practice speaking, meet Latin professionals and have some fun! The Bucks Country Spanish Language Meetup will be featuring different guest speakers, hold conversational groups and also hold several fun workshops with assistance from the friendly folks at Hispanic American Access LLC. All ages and levels welcome and no experience neccessary.
