Imagine if you could find unique gifts for your entire holiday shopping list, all while unwinding with a glass of wine, chatting with your closest friends, and having a delicious dinner prepared for your family while you shop. Remove the over-crowded mall and replace it with a group of hassle-free passionate, local vendors. After a relaxing holiday shopping trip, you simply walk down a flight of stairs to find your family happily awaiting you at a table where dinner has just been served. To top it off, your kid is eating for free!
Sound too good to be true? Well, this is exactly the vision that inspired the Continental Tavern's new Ladies Nights Out series. Happening every Tuesday night from 6pm to 10pm throughout November and December, Yardley's favorite tavern is hosting a variety of local shopping vendors in their newly-renovated second floor rooms, where they'll also be serving half priced bottles of wine! Plus, there is no need to find a babysitter; bring along the family and take advantage of kids eat free Tuesdays*!
The series kicked off on Tuesday, November 6th, with awesome local vendors including:
- The cleverly titled “Let's Jam” offering delicious homemade jams like “Bacon Through to the Other Side” and “Bye Bye Miss Pumpkin Pie”
- Jaimee's Creations featuring adorable handmade children's accessories.
- Delectable cupcakes and cakepops by MyDesserts
- Charmed Accessories by Theresa Ann Regan
- Velata Fondue by Michelle Clemmer (delicious!)
- Candles from PartyLite by Megan Fiorentino
- Popular & super functional Miche Bags
Every Tuesday night through Christmas 2012, the Continental Tavern will host a new group of local vendors offering more amazing holiday finds, including a specially themed evening of “pampering” on December 4th. Check in with ConTav or Bucks Happening's calendar of events and follow ConTav on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest information.
