On Friday, September 5th, members of the Bucks County community gathered in the heart of Dublin Borough to celebrate a milestone moment — the official ribbon cutting of Landmark at Dublin, a transformative new mixed-use development redefining modern living in the area.
Local leaders, neighbors, and investors came together to tour the building’s model residences and state-of-the-art amenity spaces, while also hearing remarks about the project’s role in the borough’s continued revitalization. Many praised Landmark at Dublin as a cornerstone for Dublin’s future, blending high-quality housing, retail, and lifestyle amenities into a walkable community hub.

Retail & Community Connections
Beyond its residences, the development is also designed to bring new energy to Dublin’s business community. Prime retail opportunities are already attracting interest from both local favorites and national retailers, with several commitments signed before the doors officially opened. Space remains for additional restaurants, service providers, and shops — including a patio-facing end-cap ideal for a café or pizzeria.
A Vision for Dublin’s Future
The project is led by a local ownership group comprised of Milex Construction, Suburban City Group, and Keystone Partners Group — all deeply invested in Bucks County’s growth.
“Landmark at Dublin is more than just a building — it’s a cornerstone for the future of Dublin Borough,” said Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction. “We are thrilled to see the community come together to celebrate this milestone and to share our excitement for what’s ahead.”
The Landmark reflects a shared vision for a vibrant, sustainable, and community-driven future — a place where residents can live, shop, and connect in the heart of Bucks County.
