YIELDS: 8 servings

Method Amt. Meas. Ingredient Preparation
Soak bread in the chicken stock, egg and milk until absorbed. Sauté onions in the butter until translucent. Add the apples and celery and continue cooking until the apples begin to soften (7 to 8 minutes). Remove from the heat and cool. Combine the onion, celery and apple mixture with the soaked bread. Fold in the herbs, dried cranberries and seasoning. Place dressing in baking pan and pan for 40 minutes @ 375 degrees. Check for doneness. 1/3
