Gorgeous scenery, passionate locals, and farm fresh food- this July, the event that sums up everything wonderful about living in Bucks County is back. That's right, Bucks County's favorite foodie event (voted by locals in 2012 AND 2013!), Farm to Table by the Heritage Conservancy, is just around the corner.
So what is Farm to Table all about, and why is it so amazing?
Each summer, Heritage Conservancy brings in top Bucks County chefs to prepare a delicious meal using all locally grown ingredients. Attendees relax among the fields at the breathtakingly beautiful Lindsay Farm in Warminster while sampling local wines, browsing through a silent auction, and indulging in a delicious meal served beneath a scenic canopy.
This year, the feast commences on Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM with locally grown food being prepared by the acclaimed Jamie Hollander Gourmet (voted Best Caterer in 2012 & 2013) and Earl’s Bucks County. The meal is BYOB so grab a couple bottles of wine or your favorite brews to enjoy a truly memorable Bucks County experience.
Best of all, the whole evening's proceeds benefit a cause close to every Bucks County residents' hearts- land preservation efforts, including farmland, in Bucks County.
It's no surprise that this fabulous event sells out every year.
