The key to staying fit this winter is switching up your routine so you don’t get bored. If you like to hit the gym, try a winter sport like ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, or even sledding (if we get some snow!). They are great ways to stay active and benefit from fresh air and time spent out in nature. If you normally exercise outside, try a group fitness class. You can get fit and make friends at the same time. If you are searching for a new place to take a class or learn something new, consider one of the places on this list, and then go get active!
