Miss Gay Pennsylvania USofA Pageant 2013

Miss Gay Pennsylvania USofA Pageant 2014 will take center stage March 29, 2014 at the Bucks County Playhouse.

The evening will include a number of live performances, including the Current Miss USofA, Shae Shae La Reese, and the current Miss Gay Pennsylvania USofA. This event has always proven to be a night of outstanding fun and entertainment, as well as a wonderful opportunity for the gay and straight communities to come together as one and celebrate the great community of New Hope, PA.

The Miss Gay Pennsylvania USofA Pageant 2014 is celebrating 21 years of Pageantry in New Hope, PA. The Pageant is for female impersonators and is a preliminary to the national Miss Gay USofA Pageant held in Dallas, Texas, each May. In past years, the Pageant has been nothing short of extraordinary, winning multiple awards for Best State Pageant, Preliminary of the Year, Promoter of the Year and the President’s Award for Distinguished Service to the USofA Pageantry System.

Contestants, who must be male and at least 21 years old, are put to the test in three categories. Personal Interview takes place in private before the show and gives the judges a chance to get to know the contestants. Talent can consist of many things such as lip-syncing, live singing, dance, and mini Broadway style productions. Finally, in Evening Gown, contestants are judged on poise, grace, hair, makeup and overall presentation of their gowns.
