Be Adventurous, Try Boot Camp

Adventure Boot Camp is an indoor/outdoor fitness program that is offered all over Bucks County including Doylestown, New Hope, and Warminster. In this program, every workout is different from your last, keeping you and your body guessing while working different muscles. Adventure Boot Camp is geared to all levels of fitness and each will be attended to at their own level. Women's only boot camp meets three times a week for an hour during the four-week program while the co-ed program meets twice a week at night. It's all fun and play at Hellerick's Family Farm! The farm offers various active experiences for the whole family to participate in. Yes, goat yoga is offered, as the certified yoga instructor will guide you through movements while having fun with the goats around you.

Love the idea of an obstacle course? Challenge yourself by navigating the farm's 6 courses each equipped with 10 different obstacles to get around one way or another. An obstacle course in the air? Hellerick's has that too in their aerial adventure park. Participants take on the 9 zip lines, 21 crossing elements, and a free-fall leap off the 30-foot central tower while in a full-body harness and helmet.
