With freezing cold temperatures, those in our community without a proper home are facing incredibly challenging conditions.  One Quakertown dance school, Miss Cindy's School, decided to do something to help, hanging winter hats and scarves on lightpoles around the triangle lot in Quakertown for those who need them.
