New owner and award winning chef, Martin Doyle, has restored the historic mansion and along with Sous Chef, Will Corke, is focusing on the very popular farm to fork philosophy. To do that he has built an herb garden on site and is working with local farms to provide high quality, fresh food and drinks and Bucks County is certainly the place to do that.
The Baroque Victorian architecture of the Mansion is beautiful and it sits behind the original wrought iron grape cluster fence that has become a staple sight on the strip in New Hope. In addition to the bistro and wine bar, which opened just two weeks ago in early May, the manor has 7 renovated rooms to enjoy a memorable overnight stay in Bucks County.
