Engagement Celebrations Presented by Jericho: Kyle Cittadino & Alyson Komyanek Get Engaged!

Many people say their pets are a big part of their family and this story about a recently engaged Bucks County couple starts with just that.

When 30 year old Kyle Cittadino proposed to his girlfriend Alyson Komyanek in October, he knew that her beloved rescue dog Sir Rascal James would have to be included.

Kyle had been dating 28 year old Alyson for two years after high school friends introduced them. Alyson is originally from Langhorne, but now lives in Bristol Borough.

We asked Alyson how Kyle proposed and if she was surprised. “I came downstairs on Sunday morning and noticed that Rascal had an adorable gray bowtie around his neck. I asked Kyle why, and he told me he bought him a new name tag. When I looked, it said, will you marry me?”

Then Kyle got down on one knee and asked Alyson to marry him. She was very surprised having just woken up! Kyle gave her a beautiful ring which he had helped to design.

After she said yes, they went all around Bucks County celebrating including Peddlers Village and The Lakehouse Inn in Upper Bucks.

When they are officially married, both Alyson and Rascal will be taking Kyle's last name.
