Big things are happening on in Dublin! The Landmark at Dublin has broken ground and is shaking things up in a major way. With luxury apartments, chic commercial spaces, and a whole new vibe, it’s the start of a stylish new era in town. Borough officials joined Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group, and Milex Construction on August 16th to break ground on two new four-story buildings located in the heart of the borough, directly across from the Dublin Village Center.
Billed as “a new era in luxury living,” The Landmark at Dublin will feature 78 high-end, fully managed luxury apartments on its upper three floors. The project promises to offer a vibrant community atmosphere. The developers worked closely with Dublin Borough over the last three years to design a building that aligns with community standards.
In addition to residential space, the development will introduce 15,000 square feet of new commercial space to Main Street. “We anticipate bringing in seven to ten new businesses, including restaurants, food services, and retail, which will benefit the local economy and residents alike,” said DiCianni. “Our goal is to create a town center experience with a city vibe in the best part of the suburbs.”
The luxury apartments will prioritize premium amenities and comfort, featuring modern conveniences such as sports simulators, gaming rooms, and Class A work-from-home office spaces with meeting rooms and cubicles.
Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction expressed excitement about the project. “The Landmark at Dublin is set to become a premier living destination, offering unmatched luxury and convenience,” he said.
Dublin Borough has seen substantial revitalization over the past decade, with new residential, dining, and shopping spaces enhancing the community. “Dublin has always been a fantastic place, and we’re excited to contribute to its growth with this project,” DiCianni noted. “Our focus is on creating a walkable, integrated community.”
Joining the groundbreaking was Rob Loughery, president of the Nehemiah Development Company, which has led the Dublin Town Square project and recently acquired the Dublin Village Center. Loughery commended the project team’s dedication, stating, “This is a big milestone. Congratulations on the hard work and patience it took to reach this point.”
He highlighted the collaborative spirit among developers. “It’s rare for one developer to be invited to another’s groundbreaking, but it shows the spirit of partnership and collaboration that defines this borough.”
Dublin Borough Mayor Chris Hayes reflected on the long journey to revitalization, recalling a sign that promised future retail development sat on vacant land for nearly two decades. “It’s great to finally see that promise fulfilled,” he remarked.
The Landmark at Dublin is set to open on Main Street in 2025.
