We’ve all been there before, starting the day with ambitions of cooking a delicious dinner that same night, but as soon as we get home from work plans change.
Instead, make things a little easier (and tastier) for yourself. Why not try out some of the best takeout Bucks has to offer? With options ranging from Italian to Indian, Mexican, to pizzas and sandwiches – there’s enough variety to keep any weeknight dinner exciting. Plus, no dirty dishes; a true win-win.

Indian – Guru's Indian Cuisine (Newtown)
Nothing can warm you up on a cold winter night quite like a good plate of Indian food and Guru's in Newtown is the best Bucks has to offer. Their classic Indian dishes like tikka masala and palak paneer never disappoint and their unique appetizers like Indian poutine and lamb nachos will be a great addition to any weeknight meal. Whatever you decide you can't go wrong – just don't forget the naan!
Italian – Taormina’s Pizza & Pasta (Ivyland)
Ordering dinner for the whole family can sometimes be a headache, but with a menu that includes salads, pasta, pizzas, and burgers there is guaranteed to be something for everyone at Taormina's. Plus they also offer family meals of baked penne, chicken parm, and other Italian classics that feed four people and include salads and rolls.
Mexican – Andale Latino Grill (Feasterville)
With their fresh and authentic ingredients, you'll be hard-pressed to find someone who hasn't enjoyed their meal at Andale. Their burritos will have you rethinking ever stopping at a fast-casual chain again, and you have to try their tres leches cake.
Pizza – Vince's Pizzeria and Taproom (Newtown)
Let's face it, nothing takes the edge off a long work week than settling on your sofa with a good slice of pizza and a glass (or two of wine). With their unique pizza selections, Vince's makes pizza night anything but ordinary. Sure their Classic is delicious, but the PIG features mozzarella cheese, sauce, San Marzano tomatoes, pepperoni, and Italian sausage and could quite easily become your new favorites.
Sandwiches – Giovanni’s Dillicious Pickles (Croydon)
As the name would indicate, this sandwich shop is serving up some pickle-infused and inspired sandwiches you won't find anywhere else. Instead of bread, their hoagies are served up on, you guessed it, dill pickles and their menu has even turned skeptics into true pickle lovers.
