The luxury lifestyle hotel River House at Odette’s has introduced a new food and beverage program inspired by the unique marriage of comfort food favorites with the sophistication and joie de vivre of the property’s namesake matriarch, French-American actress Odette Myrtil. Highlighting locally sourced ingredients and changing with the seasons, the new menus are an eclectic and approachable curation of dishes including signature items such as Odette’s meatloaf, iron skillet baked cornbread, and hickory-smoked baby back ribs.
Crafted to be shared among friends and loved ones for all types of gatherings, the menus feature an extensive selection of appetizers along with classic comfort foods for the ultimate relaxing riverside dining experience this summer. Guests can also indulge in light bites and signature cocktails featuring local spirits in the fireside bar & piano lounge.
As a sweet and showstopping finale to the new menus are Odette's Beignets, a signature dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Alexis Ramos. Diners can try perfectly made limited-edition seasonal beignets, infused with the flavors of the season. The inaugural Tropical beignet captures summer in Bucks County with notes of guava caramel and coconut cream!
In addition to being available on Odette’s daily dessert menu for dine-in, the beignets are also the hotel’s first take-out option, packaged to remain perfectly fresh while strolling along the famed 60-mile-long towpath trail or the shops of downtown New Hope. Odette’s Beignets will also be served to overnight guests as a special turn-down amenity and as a menu option for special events taking place at the hotel.
