Mt. Fuji Sushi in Summit Square (Newtown/Langhorne)

It was only a matter of time.  For a while now, the sushi lovers of Newtown have had only two main choices: Ota Ya and Oishi. Both are excellent.  Ota Ya makes my favorite spicy tuna roll, and Oishi is has pretty good sushi and great ambiance.  Oishi offers hibachi as well as Thai & Korean fare.  You can pretty much go into either one of them any day of the week and there will be a decent amount of diners.  This is due to the fact that there are a lot of people in the area that love sushi! Say hello to Mt. Fuji, the newest sushi in town.

Pros:

Bar. They have a liquor license, the only sushi place in town to possess one.
Great ambiance. The entrance is really cool; there's a glass walkway with sand and seashells. Very nice-looking hibachi area.
Taste. Sushi is great. Fish is definitely fresh. They have some very imaginative rolls.

Deals.  They have an awesome lunch deal.  Just eight bucks gets you 2 rolls (there are 5 or 6 to choose from) and a miso soup.

Cons:

Price. Their special rolls are definitely on the pricey side. It is sushi though, none of it is very cheap.
