The culinary adventure commences on Thursday, November 10th from 6pm to 9pm at Rose Bank Winery's beautiful new facility, located off of Route 413 in Newtown.

MENU:

Starter: Mix Green Salad with Rose Bank Blueberry Wine Vinaigrette, Feta Cheese, and Pistachios.

Entree (Choice of one):

Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato, Broccolini and Rose Bank Spiced Wine Sauce

Filet of Beef with Root Vegetable Gratin and Rose Bank Cabernet Sauvignon Reduction.

Roasted Sea Bass with Rose Bank Riesling Braised Red Cabbage and Celery Root Puree.

Dessert: Chocolate Decadence Cake with Raspberry Secret Mousse.
