Today, Bucks Happening is all about taking some time to treat yourself. After all, in between back to school and meeting deadlines at work, we all deserve a little R & R. We already told you about soaking in Sundays with Spiced Apple Wine tastings at the Chaddsford Tasting room, and now there is another fabulous chance to spoil yourself this weekend.

On Saturday, October 2nd, Synergy Integrative Health is celebrating their grand re-opening by inviting their new neighbors in Doylestown to a day of free health and wellness from 11am-2pm. With services varying from skin care to massage to therapy to allergy elimination, Synergy concentrates on wellness inside and out. With their new prime location, minutes away from the center of town in Doylestown, Synergy is excited to give the community of taste of things to come. Visitors are invited to tour the facility and receive mini treatments including massages, acupuncture, and craniosacral therapy.

Co-founders Catherine Larkin and Lisa Keutman decided to move the business from Plumsteadville to Doylestown to excel the budding business. Their new space on North Main Street has a warm, welcoming atmosphere to make customers feel right at home during treatments. Rather than treating symptoms alone, the Synergy practitioners listen to clients to treat whole life wellness.

In addition to working to fulfill the wellness needs of the local community, Synergy now has an alliance with Ten Thousand Villages, an organization that works with over 130 artisan groups throughout Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East to bring you fair trade merchandise. Fair trade enables artisans to earn a fair wage and provides the opportunity for a better quality of life. Handmade jewelry, gifts and home decor will be available to purchase at Synergy.

To help celebrate Synergy's grand re-opening, they're offering specials throughout the month of October- receive $20 off every first service (excluding waxing)- yet another reason you don't have to feel guilty about treating yourself!
