Perkasie First Friday

When: Friday, April 7^th 6-8pm
Where: Perkasie Town Center 7th & West Market Streets

Come take a stroll through the quaint, walkable downtown Perkasie for First Friday. This casual, family friendly event will be filled with music, entertainment, shopping, and dining specials. Support some local businesses and enjoy a leisurely evening with the first signs of Spring! This month's theme is “Bake Off” and you'll find the Tuckeditos food truck, as well as the Dough & Co food truck on site.

Beginner Woodburning Workshop

When: Friday, April 7^th from 6 to 7:30pm
Where: Allora Gifts & Home Décor – 156 West State Street, Doylestown

Explore a new creative outlet by learning to use a woodburner on sample wood, then create a masterpiece on your own live edge wood slice! Jackie, from The Wandering Artist, will be leading the lesson for participants ages 12+ (any experience level). Templates and all supplies will be provided. This event is BYOB and participants can enjoy 10% off at Allora during the workshop.

Bucks Blues Explosion

When: April 7^th at 7:30pm
Where: Zlock Performing Arts Center – 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA

Rick Estrin and the Nightcats are back at Bucks! Come hear the talents of harmonica master, songwriter, and vocalist Rick Estrin. The Nightcats will be serving up sharp blues and gritty roadhouse rock ‘n’ roll for an evening you’re sure to enjoy. Invite some friends along for a night of musical entertainment.

Cornhole Tournament

When: April 8^th from 3-6pm
Where: 300 Meetinghouse Road Jenkintown, PA

Feeling competitive? Come on out to 1910 Bar & Grille’s Cornhole Tournament! The $60 team tickets include the tournament entry, beer, wine, soda, and light apps. It's sure to be a day of fun for all. You can test your skills (and your competitive drive) for a chance to win a cash prize.

Magician Jason Bishop at the Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theater

When: Saturday, April 8th at 7pm and 9:30pm
Where: 2840 Pine Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA

Enjoy a night of illusions this weekend with Jason Bishop at the Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theater. Be amazed with mind-reading tricks, floating objects, and event an appearance with Jason’s dog, Gizmo. Easter Egg Hunt at the Barn Nature Center

When: April 8^th from 10am to 12pm
Where: Barn Nature Center 1283 Almshouse Rd, Doylestown, PA

Get into the spring spirit with an Easter Egg Hunt the Barn Nature Center! The open-house style event will feature a bunny photo both, an egg decorating contest, a visit with many of some egg laying animals, refreshments, and of course a hunt for eggs. This event will be rain or shine!
