Free Family Yoga

Free Family Yoga takes place every third Saturday of the month so don't miss out on your chance to participate in a fun in-studio class. The class is intended for families with children ages three and up. Students will learn easy breathing exercises and perform individual and group poses. One class registration is good for up to one adult and two children.
