Hortulus Wildflower Festival
When: Saturdays & Sundays in September, 9th – 24th
Where: Hortulus Farm, 60 Thompson Mill Road, Newtown, PA
Bid farewell to the summer season with the Hortulus Wildflower Festival Weekends (Sat & Sun) of Sept. 9th, 16th and 23rd. The farm's wildflower field will be a floral wonderland, where you can cut your own bouquets. Capture stunning photos in the field or purchase freshly-made flower crowns and bouquets. There will also be live music, floral-themed cocktails, and tantalizing treats from food trucks. The festival will also feature flower-themed children's crafts, a petting farm, garden shop delights, live music and a range of yard games.

Doylestown Arts Festival
When: September 9-10
Where: Downtown Doylestown
The 32nd edition of the Doylestown Arts Festival has returned to historic Bucks County. This two-day art extravaganza is presented by Discover Doylestown and The Thompson Organization and will showcase more than 150 talented artists, 5 stages with captivating live performances, and engaging hands-on art demonstrations for all ages. Spanning over 8 blocks in downtown Doylestown, this free festival attracts thousands of visitors each year, solidifying its reputations as one of Bucks County's premier outdoor art festivals.

18th Annual Bucks County Classic
When: September 10th
Where: Downtown Doylestown
Doylestown is hosting the most exhilarating professional cycling event of the year. This event will exhibit an array of races from amateur to professional categories for both men and women, as well as a dedicated race for children. The highlight of the event, the Thompson Pro Men's Race, covers a challenging 50-mile course encircling the Doylestown Arts Festival. Renowned as a magnet for top cyclists from across the nation and globe, this race is a spectacular event.

A Homecoming: Celebrating the Lenape Spirit
When: September 8, 1-2 pm
Where: 138 S. Pine Street, Doylestown, PA
In this program, join Curator Joe Baker and the artists exhibited in Never Broken: Visualizing Lenape Histories as they discuss tribal identity, what it means to be a contemporary Lenape artist, and the experience of exhibiting art in the homeland of the Lenape.

Yardley Borough Scavenger Hunt
When: September 9, 12-3 pm
Where: Yardley Borough
Join the fun of the Yardley Scavenger Hunt Extravaganza. Prizes will be awarded to the most resourceful hunters, so bring your A-game and prepare for the ultimate challenge. Meet at KW Yardley (69 S. Main Street).

28th Annual NJ Sheep and Fiber Festival
When: September 9-10
Where: Hunterdon County Fairgrounds, Ringoes, NJ
The Garden State Sheep Breeders' 28th Annual Sheep and Fiber Festival takes place on September 9-10th. There will be breed exhibits, sheep shearing demos, fleece sale, herding dog demos, spinning and weaving demos, educational speakers and more.
