Whether you're Irish, or just Irish at heart, there's no wrong way to celebrate, so pick out your best green shirt, grab your friends, and may your day be touched by some Irish luck!

St. Patrick's Day Paint and Sip Party

St. Patrick's Day Cookie Class presented by Frosted Cake Studio

Kick off your St. Patty's Day celebrations early with a sweet treat from Frosted Cake Studio! In this class, you'll work with sugar cookies and royal icing and learn from a professional a variety of techniques to create and decorate your own beautiful designs. Shamrock Cupcake Cake Class

2023 Newtown Irish Festival

Why make St. Patrick's Day just one night of celebration? Instead, join in on the week-long festivities happening at Green Parrot Restaurant during their 2023 Newtown Irish Festival. Ireland Forever at Crossing Vineyards

St. Patty's Day Trivia Night

Kick-off St. Patrick's Day week by experiencing an Irish Session (or seisiún in Irish) at the Dubliner On The Delaware. An Irish session is an informal gathering of musicians who play traditional Irish music featuring guitars, bodhran, fiddles, banjo, tin whistle, and illum pipes but to name a few, and where Ceol agus Craic is had by all!

Golden Coin Guided Tours 

When: March 17th, 12:30, 2:00, 3:00, 5:00

Looking for some St. Patrick's Day activities the whole family can enjoy? Check out the Barn Nature Center's Golden Coin tours. This themed guided tour takes you throughout the nature center, looking for golden coins the leprechaun left behind all while learning about and getting to touch some of their amazing animals. At the end of the tour, coins can be turned in for prizes!

Tours are not private and guests are able to register for the time slots that suit their needs.  Tours start promptly at 12:30, 2:00, 3:30, and 5:00 PM.

PUB/MUSIC SPECIALS

Eat, Drink, and Be Irish

Eat, Drink, and Be Irish this St. Patrick’s Weekend at Judd’s and Jackson’s Restaurant. They are offering a Taste of Ireland Dinner Menu starting Thursday, March 16th! Tim, Tom, and Sheila from Killarney Lakes visit them almost every year from Ireland –and they will perform traditional Irish tunes and ballads on Saturday, March 18th, from 7 – 10:30 pm in the lounge/bar. Tim, Tom, and Sheila bring energy to what they perform and will have you clapping your hands and tapping your feet in no time. Come sing along and be entertained while dining on traditional Irish fare.

St. Patrick's Day Weekend at Steam Pub

There is no shortage of St. Patrick's Day celebrations at Steam Pub this year. Starting on March 17th you can enjoy several different celebrations. Beginning at 1:00 PM Four for the Road, a female folk music group will perform followed by a performance by the Rince Ri Irish Dancers. Celtic Pride takes the stage at 5:00 to play Irish favorites as well as popular party music, followed by acoustic guitarist Brian Kmetz from 6:30 – 10:00 PM. DJ Ernesto closes out the evening with a set from 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM. But the party doesn't stop on the 17th. Head back over on the 18th for another performance by the Rince Ri Irish Dancers and set from John David Valenteen, member of Amish Outlaws.

Barleyjuice's St. Patrick's Day Party

RUNS/WALKS 

2023 Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5K

Join in on the 7th annual  Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5k..because everyone is a little bit Irish on St. Patrick's Day!

This Shamrock Shuffle offers more than your typical 5K. Once you finish running through historic Newtown, you're invited to keep the party going! In lieu of the Irish Festival this year,  the Shuffle begins through Newtown where participating bars, restaurants, and shops will be offering specials and giveaways. More details to be announced.

All 5k participants will receive a custom finisher medal and a quality finisher shirt! Our loved race course through historic Newtown will also remain the same as in previous years. All participants must maintain a 20-minute-per-mile pace (a speed walking pace) and be able to complete the course within 60 minutes or less of crossing the start line.

Shake Your Shamrock Fun Run

The Shake Your Shamrock fun run has something for everyone in the family! You can participate in the 8K, 5K, Little Leprechaun half-mile kid's fun run, or the Pot O' Gold 2-mile fun run/walk. Buck's County St. Patrick's Day Parade

Where: Conwell-Egan Catholic High School | 611 Wistar Rd, Fairless Hills, PA

The Bucks County St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be back on the streets of Bucks County on March 11, 2023! The parade route begins at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and ends at the Ball Fields on New Falls Road. The 2023 Grand Marshal is Thomas J. Lynch, Executive Chairman of the TE Connectivity Board of Directors, and Member of the Board of Trustees for Conwell – Egan Catholic High School.
