Children's Holiday Art Workshop

Saturday, December 9th, 9 am – 3 pm

Don't miss out on our Children's Holiday Art Workshop this Saturday! Our holiday workshops are a special day for the children here in the barn. They start with decorating a real gingerbread house, make an acrylic painting, and create 3D projects in multimedia. All of our projects are made to take home to enjoy for the holidays. Workshops run from 9am-3pm (Bring a lunch and a snack). A great way for parents to start their holiday preparations early! Cost is $85 per child and you can read more here.

Bucks County Wine Trail Holiday Celebration

Saturday, December 9 & 10th, 12-6 pm
Bucks County Wine Trail

The wineries of the Bucks County Wine Trail will hold its annual Holiday Celebration on Dec. 9-10. Guests can experience the wineries decorated for the holidays while enjoying delicious spiced wine tastings, sampling Christmas cookies and artisanal cheeses and relaxing with the sounds of holiday music. Aviator Winery, 1333 Elephant Road in Bedminster, will host food trucks during the Holiday Celebration. Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery, 2730 Hilltown Pike in Perkasie, will offer hot cocoa, mulled wine, and cookies on Saturday, along with food trucks and live music. Bishop will hold its barn lighting at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday is for sangria, live music and food truck fare. Buckingham Valley Vineyards, 1521 Route 413, Buckingham, will offer complimentary warm spice wine and home-baked holiday cookies. Also, $2 off a bottle of spice wine during the Holiday Celebration. Crossing Vineyards and Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Road in Upper Makefield Township, will host live music, specialty cocktails, including The Grinch and Tipsy Rudolph, as well as hot mulled Apple wine and visits from Santa Claus.

Annual Playwicki Farm Holiday Celebration

Saturday, December 9th, 1-5 pm
2350 Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville-Trevose, PA

Celebrate the holiday season with fun for the whole family at Playwicki Farm. There will be a photo opportunity with Santa so be sure to bring your camera. There will also be entertainment, food trucks and so much more.

Yardley Chanukah Village

Sunday, Decmeber 10th, 3 pm
7 S. Main Street, Yardley, PA

Visit Main Street in Yardley as it is transformed into a Magical Chanukah Village from 3-4:15 pm. Pick up your map and stroll down Main Street to enjoy exciting Chanukah activities, and giveaways and treats at participating vendors. The event will feature Dreidel Making, Chanukah story time, dancing Dreidels, Chanukah nail art, crafts, Judah The Maccabee, Guess How Many Dreidels, Chanukah treats and so much more. At 4:15 there will be a Grand Menorah Lighting at Buttonwood Park with latkes, music, hot coca, and chocolate gelt. This event is free of charge and open to all.

Roxey Ballet's Nutcracker

Recognized as the most family-friendly production in the region and a long-standing community tradition, Roxey’s Nutcracker provides the perfect introduction to ballet for children of all ages and is a timeless holiday performance enjoyed by adults. The cast is a blend of international professional dancers and students from local towns. The performance on December 9th will be sensory-friendly.

Holiday Craft Fair | Churchville Nature Center

Saturday, December 9th, 10 am – 4 pm

The Holiday Craft Fair is on Saturday, December 9th from 10am to 4pm. Shop for one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays while supporting local crafters. You are sure to find something special for everyone on your shopping list! Admission is FREE and vendors will be located throughout the building.
