Celebrate the Arts in Bucks: The Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County, in conjunction with the Freight House, is inviting the creative and performing arts community to join us for this special event. Insight into the “State of the Arts” in Bucks County, the economic importance of the arts on our local economy, and keynote speaker Tom Kaiden, President of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. In addition to this brief presentation, complimentary hors d'ouevres will be served and a cash bar will be available. Although admission is free, advance registration is required here.
Friday October 8th
The NO-FEAR-FILM & ART WEEKEND kicks off, and runs until Sunday, October 10th at the Acme Screening Room in Lambertville. The purpose of this festival is to celebrate the humorous and positive ideas for change that fearless films and art can inspire. Check out the Delvis Project, 
Saturday October 9th
Yay for Oktoberfests!!! River Horse will host at their brewery all day Saturday and all day Sunday, rain or shine! Admission is free and drinks range are $4 ($7 with the commemorative glass).
Sunday October 10th
Come to the 10th Annual Film Fest Screening of the Bucks Fever Film Fest. Last year's screening was sold out, so buy tix in advance just in case. The winners this year are: “Ana's Playground” (Best of Fest), “Tied Together” (High School Narrative Winner), “Backyard Terrorism” (High School Narrative Honorable Mention), “Borderland” (College Narrative Winner), “Devil Town” (College Music Video Winner), “The Tesla Experiment” (College Animation Winner), “The Kid and the Fish” (College Animation Honorable Mention), “Tonight is the Night” (College Animation Honorable Mention), “One, Two, Three!” (College Animation Honorable Mention), “In The Bag” (Best Emerging Narrative Honorable Mention)
Monday October 11th
Pat Slavek has studied with local artists, as well as attended Montgomery County Community College, the Academy of Fine Art in Philadelphia, and many other workshops around the country. Now you can visit an exhibit highlighting years of her work. Included are paintings in oil, pastel, watercolor and ink. Meet the artist at the Opening Reception on October 3rd at The Upstairs Gallery, Peddler's Village, Shop #10, Lahaska, PA, Admission: FREE
Tuesday October 12th

Wednesday October 13th
It's a Pumpkin Carving Party at the Audubon Society! Fun for the whole family! Come try your pumpkin carving skills at our pumpkin carving party! Patterns, pizza and beverages will be supplied. Please BYOP (Bring Your Own Pumpkin) and tools. These pumpkins will be used to light our haunted trails that weekend. Open to all ages, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Free to all.
