Happenistas Night Out

When: Friday, October 25 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Newtown Athletic Club, 120 Pheasant Run, Newtown

Grab the GIRLS! You’re invited to the ULTIMATE Girls Night Out hosted by Bucks Happening. This year's event will feature a  Trend Show with the amazing influencers in beauty, wellness, fashion, home decor, and lifestyle, a curated pop-up shopping experience; and a dance party in the Newtown Athletic Club's all-new PULSE studio!

Peddler’s Village Halloween Spooktacular

When: Friday, October 25 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Peddler’s Village, Routes 202 & 263, Lahaska

Kids should come dressed in their Halloween costumes to trick-or-treat at the Village shops. There will also be jack o'lanterns created by the community on display throughout the weekend.

Boo at the Barn

When: Friday, October 25 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Barn Nature Center, Doylestown

Come in costume and trick or treat around the Barn Nature Center. There will be stations with live animal interactions, candy and prizes, crafts, games, vendors and more. General admission is $10, plus you can purchase tickets for additional activities like rock climbing, face painting, henna tattoos, feeding the animals, and raffle baskets. Light refreshments, spooky stories and live music is included.

Screams in the Dark Hosted by BHS Drama Club

When: Friday, October 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, October 26 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Monday, October 28 through Wednesday, October 30 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Bensalem High School, 4319 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem

Screams in the Dark is a haunted theater walk to support the Drama Club. The event is $5 per person. Enter by the flag pole.

Chalfont Fire Company Auxiliary Craft Show & Bake Sale

When: Saturday, October 26 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Where: 301 North Main Street, Chalfont

Shop over 50 vendors! There will also be a Chinese auction, refreshments, homemade soup and baked goods.

Howl-O-Ween at Crossing Vineyards

When: Saturday and Sunday, October 26-27 from noon to 6 p.m.
Where: 1853 Wrightstown Road, Newtown

Dress up your favorite doggies and bring them to Crossing Vineyards for Howl-O-Ween Pawty! Pose with your pooch for a complimentary pic (noon to 2 pm). Wear your own costume and get a coupon and return for a complimentary wine tasting. Enjoy specials from the bar, spooky music and treats for your group. No cover charge.

Old Langhorne Harvest Day

When: Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Doylestown Spooktacular Parade & Costume Contest

When: Saturday, October 26 at 10 a.m.
Where: Pine Street, Doylestown

This free family event in the heart of Doylestown is fun for adults, kids and well-behaved pets! The event begins with registration for the costume contest at 10 a.m. on the lawn of the old courthouse along Court Street. Costume judging begins at 11 a.m. with prizes for Kids, Pets and Family Theme. The parade will begin after the costume winners are announced (around noon) and will go down Pine Street and along E. State Street to Main Street. Kids (and pets!) are welcome to trick-or-treat at participating businesses after the parade.

Halloween Photoshoot & Event at Pet Valu

When: Saturday, October 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Newtown Pet Valu, 2814 S. Eagle Road, Newtown

Gemini Pet Services will be at the Newtown Pet Valu to take portraits of your pet. Bring your pet in a Halloween costume for a chance to win a prize.

Sensory Friendly Halloween Haunt

When: Saturday, October 26 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: 507 Girard Avenue, Croydon

Croydon Haunted Hollows and TB Children's Services present this sensory-friendly Halloween event. Croydon Haunted Hollows is the result of a family’s effort to revive the spirit of Halloween and provide trick-or-treaters with a free, family-fun walk through a harrowing scene of frights and specters.

Lolly & YoYo Halloween Concert & Costume Party at Bucks County Community College

When: Saturday, October 26 at 3:30 p.m.
Where: Zlock Center at Bucks Newtown Campus, 275 Swamp Road

Kids will love dancing along with Lolly & YoYo! The local favorites will perform a special Halloween concert on with plenty of songs and games that engage children’s imaginations and inspire play and exercise. Tickets are $5. Wear costumes!

Newtown Borough Halloween Parade

When: Saturday, October 26 at 10 a.m.
Where: Leaves from the Stocking Works at 301 S. State Street, ends at the Brian Gregg Park on North Congress Street

In addition to the parade, you can participate in the costume and pumpkin decorating contests. Judging for both competitions is before the parade begins. See the site for more details.

Halloween Boo Bash at Oxford Valley Mall

When: Saturday, October 26 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Oxford Valley Mall, 2300 E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne

Bring the kids for an afternoon of fun! Kids can participate in Halloween crafts and a dance party in the Center Court from noon to 2 p.m. Then go trick-or-treating at participating stores from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Remember to bring a bag to collect candy.

Mall-O-Ween at Neshaminy Mall

When: Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Neshaminy Mall, 707 Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem

This all-day party features a DJ, moonbounces, balloon art, vendors, costume contest, children's parade, trick-or-treating and more! Visit the Facebook Event page for a schedule of events.

Halloween Extravaganza at Acting Naturally

When: Friday, October 25 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, October 26 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: 164 N. Flowers Mill, Langhorne

Acting Naturally presents “A Halloween Extravaganza,” three one-act plays written by Michael Kerr. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased here.

Canal-o-ween

When: Sunday, October 27 through Saturday, November 2
Where: Delaware Canal, N. Edgewater Ave, Yardley

A week-long tradition that will kick off with the 11th annual Carve-O-Thon on Sunday, October 27 from 12 to 3. Guests are invited to help carve over 300 pumpkins to create the Jack-O-Lantern Stroll that will debut that night.

Trick and Treats at Pennsbury Manor

When: Sunday, October 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Pennsbury Manor, 400 Pennsbury Memorial Road, Morrisville

This festive event combines Halloween fun with Pennsylvania history. Children are invited to come in costume to enjoy trick-or-treating, games, and 17th century demonstrations. Pennsbury Manor is also partnering with the Teal Pumpkin Project to provide non-food games and trick-or-treat stations for those with food allergies. The Trial of Margaret Mattson will also be held during the event. The year is 1684, and Margaret is on trial for witchcraft!

Trunk or Treat at Calvary Bristol

When: Sunday, October 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: 250 Green Lane, Bristol

Safe, fun, lots of candy! This event is free for everyone to attend. If you'd like to bring your car and hand out candy, email TrunkorTreatBristol@gmail.com. There will be a $50 cash prize for the best decorated car.
