Looking to shake up your workout routine a bit? Hoping to relieve stress and anxiety? Maybe just want to pet a goat? Look no further than Bucks County, PA, where some fun exercise trends can offer you all that and then some.

We can all agree that 2020 has thrown us some curve balls. Staying active is especially important now more than ever, for both our physical AND mental health. In times like these, just changing up something simple, like a workout routine, can help us get out of a rut and feel better. And couldn’t we all use a little more fun in our lives? Of course we could! There’s never been a better time to try goat yoga!

Goat Yoga

Goat yoga is exactly what it sounds like – yoga practiced in the presence of live, usually baby or miniature, goats. Yes, the goats are adorable, yes, they will climb all over you, and yes, you will have a hard time holding a plank when you’re laughing that hard. Goat yoga is a very popular trend lately, and luckily Bucks County has a couple places to try it out!
