Just a few years ago, we told you about an innovative school opening nearby called The Princeton Learning Cooperative, led by a passionate group of locals, including Morrisville-based educator Joel Hammon.  The inspired group set out to create “a more authentic, self-directed educational experience for teens,” an environment that caters to youth who don't respond or thrive in the traditional educational system.

Now, three years later, that vision has become a reality. In fact, it's worked so well that PLC just announced they're exploring an expansion into our own backyard! The Newtown Learning Cooperative may be opening in Bucks County as early as this winter.
