Trick or Treating:
- Bensalem: Residents are encouraged to “use sound judgement” on whether or not to trick or treat.
- Bristol Borough: Officials have postponed Halloween trick-or-treating until Nov. 7
- Bristol Township: Officials request residents postpone Halloween trick-or-treating until Nov. 7
- Buckingham: Officials in Buckingham are leaving it up to residents to decide when they want to trick or treat
- Doylestown: Trick-or-treating is still on for Wednesday night in Doylestown. Doylestown officials do not set a date and time for trick or treating in the borough, and they have left it up to children and their parents to decide when is the best time to go trick-or-treating.
- Falls Townships: Trick-or-treating has been postponed to Saturday, Nov. 3rd
- Langhorne Borough: Halloween will go on as planned.
- Lambertville: Trick or Treating has been postponed until Monday, November 5th from 6pm to 8pm. However, parade costume winners have been announced.
- Lower Makefield Township: Parents should decide whether it is safe and practical for children to trick or treat tonight. Many areas are clear, and power is being restored as quickly as PECO can possibly work.If you think it is not wise to trick or treat, then an alternate date of Saturday afternoon, November 3, between 3 and 6 pm, is recommended
- Lower Southampton: Trick or Treating is cancelled for Halloween day and rescheduled for next Wednesday, November 7th
- Middletown Township: Middletown officials decided to reschedule Halloween to next Wednesday, November 7th
- Morrisville: The borough has canceled trick-or-treating until further notice. And the Halloween events scheduled for Wednesday at Morrisville School District have been rescheduled to Friday (weather permitting)
- Newtown: Officials have set Wednesday, Nov. 7 as the time for Halloween trick-or-treating in the borough.
- Northampton: Officials in Northampton have postponed trick-or-treating activities until Wednesday, Nov. 7
- Quakertown: Trick-or-treating was still planned for Wednesday
- Penndel: Penndel officials have postponed Halloween until next Wednesday due to unsafe conditions in the wake of the storm.
- Plumstead: Plumstead officials are leaving it up to residents to decide when to trick or treat.
- Solebury Township: Halloween and Community Safety Night is “still on” from 6-8pm tonight, Wednesday, October 31st. Solebury Parks & Recreation members will be set up and distribute a variety of light-up novelties at the corner of Kitchen's Lane and Norwalk Way in North Pointe.Tullytown — Officials postponed Halloween trick-or-treating to Wednesday, Nov. 7 in the borough, said Sgt. Daniel Doyle, the town’s acting police chief and borough coordinator.
- Upper Southampton: Due to the power outages and safety of our children, the Township is strongly discouraging children and parents from Halloween trick or treating on October 31st. We are suggesting celebrating Halloween trick or treating on Saturday, November 3rd from 3PM to 6PM during the daylight hours in case power has not been restored
- Warminster: Trick-or-treating has been postponed to Saturday, Nov. 3, from 2 to 5 p.m.
- Warrington: Trick-or-treating has been postponed to Saturday, Nov. 3, from 2 to 5 p.m.
- Warwick: Trick-or-treating was still planned for Wednesday in Warwick.
- Yardley: Halloween schedule has not been changed.
Halloween Event Updates:
- The County Theater in Doylestown is open on Halloween Day with a show at 1 p.m. and a scary viewing of The Exorcist at 8 p.m.
- Valley of Fear and the Original Haunted Hayride will extend the Halloween season and remain open the weekend of November 2-4, with special discounts. Use the promo code ‘SANDY’ when purchasing tickets online.
- Oxford Valley Mall is offering indoor trick or treating at “Mall-o-ween” from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. throughout the mall starting in the JC Penny Upper Level Court October 31st
- Yardley's Canal-o-ween is postponed. Official date has not been set but possibly this upcoming weekend.
- Horrorfest, Sleepy Hollow, & New Hope Railroad are all closed on Halloween Day
- Peddler's Village will remain closed for the rest of today, Wednesday, October 31. We anticipate power to be restored by tomorrow and partial opening on Thursday. Please check their website tomorrow for updates at www.peddlersvillage.com. We are happy to announce that this weekend's Apple Festival is ON!
