The weekend is here and fall has officially begun. The next couple of days are full of fun opportunities to get out of the house and kick off the fall festivities. Hortulus Farm is hosting their last weekend of the Wildflower Festival, featuring a handmade market with over 40 vendors. The 7th Annual ParklandFest Community Day is taking place in Langhorne, with inflatables and fun for the whole family. Hortulus Harvest Handmade Market
When: September 30
Where: Hortulus Farm, 60 Thompson Mill Road, Wrightstown, PA
Shop a curated selection of 40 artisan vendors from near and far to Hortulus Farm for the second annual Harvest Market. Enjoy food trucks and music while you shop and enjoy the Hortulus Farm property. The event is free to attend.
ParklandFest Community Day
When: September 30, 12 pm – 4 pm
Where: Firefighter's Park, Langhorne, PA
The 7th Annual ParklandFest Community Day will have a wide array of activities and attractions for the whole family. The annual event brings thousands of people per year, organized by the Uptown String Band, Parkland Fire Company and Parkland Church. The event will feature vendors selling everything from handmade crafts to delicious food and beer. There will be inflatables for the kids, fire trucks, and games. For the adults there will be beer tents, live music and more.
Tour Oscar Hammerstein's Highland Farm
When: October 1, 11 am
Where: Highland Farm, 70 East Road, Doylestown, PA
Come and see the place where Oscar Hammerstein composed the lyrics to the musicals Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music and more. The tour is 45 minutes, beginning at 11 am, including the riveting stories about Hammerstein's musical family, how his groundbreaking musicals forever changed the modern day book-musical, and additional insight into his contributions to society through his many humanitarian acts.
Lambertville Station Restaurant & Inn Fall Fest
When: September 30, 11 am – 6 pm & October 1, 11:30 am – 4 pm
Where: 11 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ
Bask in the warm autumn glow and savor the rich flavors of the season at Lambertville Station's Fall Fest. Enjoy a weekend of unforgettable live melodies, heartwarming moments, delectable cuisine and joyous festivities by the tranquil riverbanks.
Corvettes at Peddler's Village Car Show
When: Sunday, October 1st
Where: Street Road and Route 263, Lahaska, PA
Last year, Tri-State Corvette and Secret Santa helped sponsor nearly (140) children have an easier holiday. If you would like to participate this year – they will be collecting unwrapped toys at the car show (ages: newborn through 18).
Live Music & Food Trucks at Bishop Estate Winery
When: Saturday, September 30th, 11 am – 9 pm
Where: Bishop Estate Winery, 2730 Hilltown Pike, Perkasie, PA
Kick off fall with fabulous live music by The Mike and Brian Project, food from Surf & Turf Truck and Scratch Kitchen Food Trucks from 12-9 pm and enjoy a glass of wine. The tasting room will be serving wine by the glass, flight or bottle. There are 20+ wines to choose from.

Book-marketing consultant and author, Claudine Wolk is visiting the Frenchtown Bookshop to celebrate the release of her new book, Get Your Book Seen and Sold: The Complete Book Marketing and Publishing Guide. Claudine Wolk is a podcast host, author and book marketing consultant. In her new book, she guides authors through the complex process of getting a book published and marketing it to buyers. The event is free to attend and all are welcome. The author will answer questions and sign copies of her book.
Painting with a Creative Spirit: Cocktail Class With Crystal Head Vodka
When: Thursday, October 5th, 6-8 pm
Where: Logan Inn, 10 W. Ferry Street, New Hope, PA
Sip, paint and cheers along with Billy Cavallo, Crystal Head Vodka ambassador, for a festive night of creativity and cocktails. Every guest will have the opportunity to paint their own Crystal Head Vodka bottle, all while crafting 3 specialty cocktails paired with a variety of lite bites. There will be giveaways and the winner of the best painted bottle will receive a special prize.
